Bonus: Experience in telecommunications **Responsibilities:** * Supervise team operational activities, ensuring compliance with established goals and deadlines; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose process improvements; * Manage the team (scheduling, feedback, training, and development); * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and quality standards; * Address operational issues and make quick decisions; * Support implementation of new processes and projects; * Prepare managerial reports and report results to leadership. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Previous experience in supervising operational teams; * Knowledge of indicator and process management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * **Bonus \- Experience in telecommunications.** Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.843,64 \- R$4\.597,25 per month Benefits: * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
