**Public Service – CCEB (Botteles Equestrian Culture Center)** About the Opportunity We are seeking a person to work in public service, responsible for delivering an excellent experience to our customers—from the first contact through post-service. Key Responsibilities * **Multichannel service:** Provide in-person and online service (via WhatsApp). * **Reception:** Greet customers at the venue warmly and attentively. * **Presentation:** Explain our services and experiences in an engaging manner. * **Scheduling management:** Handle appointments and actively follow up with customers (*follow-up*). * **Operational support:** Assist in organizing daily routines and center events. * **Quality assurance:** Ensure service is prompt, efficient, and human-centered. Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence and fluency. * Organizational ability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. * Proactivity and empathy in customer service. * Proficiency with basic digital tools and WhatsApp Business. * Genuine enthusiasm for working with the public and selling experiences. Advantages (Not mandatory, but considered a plus!) * Prior experience in customer service or sales. * Interest in equestrian culture or outdoor activities. * Commercial mindset (ability to convert interactions into sales).
