Candidates should thrive in a relaxed and dynamic environment with continuous learning while working on large-scale projects for major national and international clients. We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our work model is fully remote—we call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** This professional will take direct technical ownership—writing code, automating routines, building pipelines, deploying and monitoring models in production—ensuring reliability, traceability, and continuous evolution of solutions. Key responsibilities include: * + Develop scripts, automations, and pipelines using **Python, PySpark, and SQL**, modernizing legacy processes related to database management, rule engines, and alert systems; + Build **end-to-end Machine Learning models**, from scoping and data exploration to feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, interpretation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining; + Work with large-scale data in distributed environments—especially **Spark**—ensuring performance, data quality, and reliability; + Document technical decisions, automations, experiments, and limitations to ensure reproducibility and auditability of solutions; + Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior Data Science professionals through hands-on guidance, code reviews, and dissemination of best practices in engineering and Machine Learning. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Proven experience as a **Senior Data Scientist**, with hands-on involvement and technical ownership of end-to-end **AI/ML initiatives**; * Strong command of **Python** applied to Data Science, automation, and pipeline development; * Practical experience with **Machine Learning pipelines**, model/artifact versioning, and reproducibility; * Experience with **model monitoring**, drift management, and maintenance of production solutions; * Experience handling large-scale data and distributed environments—especially with **PySpark**; * Ability to translate legacy processes into robust, scalable, and traceable automations; * Autonomy, strong sense of ownership, and capability to make responsible technical decisions; * Strong communication skills to clearly, concisely, and collaboratively explain technical decisions; * Ability to conduct meetings in **English**. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Prior experience building models for **fraud detection or prevention**; * Experience in regulated environments or with sensitive data; **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview \+ Live coding * Client interview * Hiring
