What matters here is the desire to grow, contribute, and make a difference.* We are seeking a **Shell Select III Store Implementation Consultant** to join our Marketing team in the South Region (Curitiba, Florianópolis, or Porto Alegre). The Senior Shell Select Store Implementation Consultant is responsible for leading store implementation and adaptation initiatives, managing projects, developing layouts, and providing technical oversight of related activities. Working closely with retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, this professional combines engineering expertise with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and multi-task management skills. Their role is to ensure efficient project execution, aligning timelines, quality, and business objectives within a dynamic, high-volume operational environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Ensure stores open within contractual deadlines, leveraging strong commercial acumen to engage retailers, peers, and group customers; * Oversee end-to-end governance of new store implementation, renovation, and retrofit projects — from layout development and preliminary budgeting to indirect leadership of suppliers and lessors, concluding with the official launch of operations; * Maintain governance of project management system data (Salesforce); * Conduct scheduled on-site technical visits throughout the project implementation cycle; * Support negotiations for new stores, sustaining engagement from the opening process, developing layouts, and anticipating operational dynamics for each new site. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience in project implementation, construction, expansion, or unit rollout; * Experience managing projects using Salesforce or similar tools; * Residency in the South Region (Curitiba, Florianópolis, or Porto Alegre); * Availability for frequent travel, especially within the South Region; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) is mandatory. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview \- a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
