Position: Project Manager \| PMO **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor performance metrics for the department and team members; * Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement; * Design, structure, and standardize departmental processes; * Quantify, analyze data, and generate insights to support strategic decision-making; * Support the maturity of project management and governance (PMO). We seek someone with analytical vision, strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the desire to be part of an innovative and continuously evolving environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in Project Management / PMO; * Hands-on experience creating, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs; * Experience mapping, designing, and improving processes; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar); * Ability to analyze data and metrics, with emphasis on efficiency and performance; * Proficiency in Excel / Power BI (intermediate or advanced level); * Strong organizational, communication, and systemic thinking skills; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
