Plan and organize daily activities, schedules, and site resources. Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and plans. Guide and supervise construction techniques and proper application of materials. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards. Identify and resolve issues arising during construction. Ensure correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and accident prevention practices. Serve as the primary communication link among workers, engineers, and other stakeholders on site.
