Job Summary: A BIM professional to manage and implement the BEP, administer the CDE, perform BIM model management, and lead technical meetings for BIM alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development and implementation of the BEP across all project phases 2. CDE administration, managing access rights, workflows, and document traceability 3. BIM model management, including clash detection and resolution Education \- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields Qualifications \- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, IFC, IDS, BEP development, and CDE administration Experience \- Minimum 1 year as a BIM Manager or Project Coordinator Develop the BEP and manage its implementation throughout all project phases Act as CDE Administrator, managing access rights, approval workflows, revisions, and document traceability **Perform BIM model management routines:** clash detection, clash avoidance, and tracking of conflict resolution Lead technical meetings with site supervision and design teams to define and align BIM uses Issue clash detection and BIM management reports, ensuring compliance with QA/QC requirements and the BEP
