Job Summary: Manage field technician teams, plan and execute as-built surveys, and conduct technical supervision of construction work while interacting with various teams. Key Highlights: 1. Technical supervision of construction work and identification of non-conformities Education \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology Qualifications \- Ability to read construction drawings, AutoCAD proficiency, and expertise in field metric surveys Experience \- Not applicable Responsibility \- Manage a team of 3 field technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring survey quality Organization \- Plan and execute as\-built surveys, recording dimensions, elevations, interferences, and existing conditions across all project blocks Technical Curiosity \- Conduct technical supervision of construction work, identify non-conformities, and report incidents to the project management team Basic Communication \- Interact with inspectors, contractors, and project teams to align field technical information Learning Ability \- Produce periodic field reports, photographic records, and daily logs to feed the project management system
