Competitive intelligence: Map competitors’ activities; Monitor global product launches; Analyze claims, ingredients, and emerging technologies; Map brand positioning in the market; Create competitive dossiers (quarterly competitor reports, innovation radar, and global brand benchmarks). Portfolio, trend, and growth opportunity analysis: Map beauty, health, and wellness trends; Evaluate new innovation territories; Analyze portfolio (line size, white spaces, and delistings).
