Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration, acting as a mentor to elevate agile maturity. They will actively remove impediments at both team and organizational levels, often anticipating risks before they become actual problems. They must foster an environment of collaboration, transparent communication, and trust among team members and stakeholders. They will also support the team in planning and estimation, ensuring predictability and alignment with business objectives. They will be responsible for maintaining and evolving performance metrics, using data to guide continuous improvement. They will act as a mentor and coach for team members and other Scrum Masters, elevating the organization's agile maturity. Additionally, they will play a key role in leading large-scale agile transformation initiatives, influencing leadership and supporting strategy definition. They are also expected to identify tactical and strategic improvement opportunities, contributing to the organization’s overall evolution and aligning agile culture with business guidelines. **Essential Qualifications:** Solid experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments is required, with a proven track record in complex, cross-functional projects. Candidates must demonstrate mastery of Scrum principles and practices, as well as other agile frameworks, and possess hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and tracking metrics. It is essential to have experience removing organizational impediments, strong political acumen, and systemic thinking. Familiarity with agile management tools and performance metrics is expected, along with experience in multi-team or scaled environments. Clear communication, negotiation, and influence skills are indispensable, as is the ability to integrate technical and business requirements effectively.
