CRM optimization, data analysis, and marketing and sales automation. **Job Mission** Ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives, generating qualified leads, improving performance metrics (CAC, ROI, conversion), and contributing to the company's sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning and Strategy** * Develop and execute monthly planning. * Define funnel-based campaigns (top, middle, and bottom of funnel). * Create action and promotional campaign timelines. * Support leadership with strategic analyses and recommendations. **Content and Communication** * Plan content topics and campaigns. * Produce or guide copywriting for ads, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and social media. * Ensure communication aligns with brand positioning. * Support branding and institutional campaign requests. **Integration with Sales and CX** * Collaborate with SDRs, sales, and CX teams to improve the customer journey. * Create sales support materials (scripts, messages, presentations). * Analyze customer feedback to optimize campaigns. * Ensure consistency between marketing promises and operational delivery. **CRM, Data, and Automation** * Operate and optimize the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive or similar). * Create and monitor marketing and sales automations. * Ensure lead data organization, quality, and analysis. * Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. **Success Metrics (KPIs)** * Volume and quality of generated leads. * Reduction in CPL and CAC. * Increased funnel conversion rate. * Campaign ROI. * Engagement and growth of digital channels. * Timely execution and adherence to planning deadlines. **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst. * Experience with paid traffic (a plus). * Proficiency in metrics and data analysis. * Experience with CRM. * Knowledge of copywriting and sales funnels. **Behavioral Requirements (Soft Skills)** * Analytical and data-driven mindset. * Organizational and priority management skills. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work under targets and deadlines. * Strategic thinking combined with execution capability. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in financial services or healthcare businesses. * Experience in high-performance, rapidly growing environments. * Knowledge of WhatsApp automation and conversational funnels. * Experience managing vendors and freelancers. * Paid traffic
