You will connect strategy, budgeting, operational capacity, and execution—ensuring executive visibility, operational efficiency, and alignment between technology initiatives and the company’s institutional objectives. **Responsibilities and duties** **Key responsibilities:** * Structure, review, and evolve policies, guidelines, processes, and governance models related to strategic management and the technology portfolio. * Manage strategic demand, ensuring alignment among business needs, operational capacity, and corporate direction. * Build and sustain integrated short-, medium-, and long-term technology roadmap views. * Support initiative prioritization processes, evaluating impact, effort, added value, risks, and capacity. * Connect strategy, budget, and investments, promoting analyses across CAPEX, funding, capacity, and portfolio prioritization. * Map and analyze team capacity, identifying bottlenecks, saturation risks, and opportunities for operational optimization. * Design executive indicators, managerial scorecards, dashboards, and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Prepare executive materials for forums, committees, and governance rituals. * Partner with Business Partners, requesting areas, and technology leadership to properly frame initiatives. * Support defining and evolving prioritization criteria and portfolio management models. * Ensure executive visibility into performance, capacity, strategic alignment, and initiative progress. * Conduct critical analyses and propose continuous improvements to workflows, processes, and governance. **Experience:** * Knowledge of IT Governance and portfolio management; demand and capacity management; strategic planning; budgetary and CAPEX management. * Strategic roadmap development; agile and traditional methodologies; indicator and KPI management. * Process and workflow structuring; risk and prioritization management. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, Project Management, or related fields. **Technical knowledge:** * Advanced Excel; Power BI / executive dashboards. **Differentiators:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Management, Governance, Projects, Processes, or related areas. * Experience in strategic governance. Hands-on experience managing corporate technology portfolios. * Experience structuring capacity and prioritization models. Participation in executive forums and preparation of leadership materials. Experience building executive indicators and monitoring portfolio performance.
