### **About the Role** We are looking for a **Product Manager** to join Makasí’s Product team. We are a startup that connects the construction industry with the financial sector, building digital solutions that bring efficiency, transparency, and intelligence to the entire ecosystem. This is a strategic role focused on transforming complex business rules, data, and operational journeys into clear, scalable, and results-oriented digital products. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising engineering, data, finance, and technology professionals, operating in a fast-growing, fully remote environment. Our mission is to ensure accuracy throughout the credit planning and feasibility journey by building products that integrate technical, financial, and operational data—making the sector more predictable and efficient. ### **Responsibilities** * Define and evolve Makasí’s digital products—from conception through delivery—with an emphasis on scalability and business impact; * Gather and prioritize requirements from internal and external stakeholders, bridging technical and strategic perspectives; * Translate complex business logic into clear, documented workflows, rules, and functionalities; * Ensure data and process quality, consistency, and governance across products; * Contribute to defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap—aligning with engineering, data, and business teams; * Monitor product metrics such as adoption, operational efficiency, engagement, and impact on key performance indicators; * Apply agile methodologies to foster cross-functional alignment and facilitate communication between technical and business teams; * Document decisions, workflows, and learnings to ensure traceability and clarity in product evolution. ### **Required Skills and Technical Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Product Manager for growth-focused products; * Familiarity with B2B/SMB products; * Experience running tests and experiments to optimize conversion; * Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate requirements clearly to diverse audiences; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills—especially in asynchronous contexts; * Analytical, organized mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments; * Proficiency in SQL, advanced Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, or Power BI). ### **Ideal Profile** * Structured and collaborative problem solver capable of tackling complex challenges; * Autonomous and proactive—able to seek information and drive decisions based on data; * Strong communicator—clear, concise, and skilled at aligning multidisciplinary teams around a shared vision; * Results-oriented, focused on high-impact deliveries and continuous improvement; * Curious, adaptable, and genuinely interested in understanding the business and Makasí customers’ journeys. ### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience in construtech, proptech, fintech, or technology companies serving regulated or complex industries; * Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Architecture, or related fields; * Experience building digital products related to data, credit, planning, growth, or process automation; * Familiarity with financial modeling, performance metrics, and highly integrated cross-departmental environments; * Postgraduate degree or certifications in Product Management, Finance, or Data Analytics. ### **Expected KPIs and Deliverables** * Product evolution under your ownership—measured against agreed metrics such as engagement and business objective impact; * Clarity and traceability in documenting and communicating requirements and business rules; * Reduced rework and improved operational efficiency across product workflows; * Adherence to defined roadmaps and SLAs—ensuring predictability and team alignment; * Active contribution to cultivating a data- and results-driven product culture at Makasí. ### **Work Model and Level** Location: Fully remote Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * ️ Team: Technology, Product Experience level: Mid-level
