Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and executive presentations **JOB OPENING NO. 016/2026** **SELECTION PROCESS FOR HIRING ANALYST I \- CONTROLLER** * BRBCARD, an electronic payment solutions company, hereby publicly announces this document for the hiring of 01 (one) professional for the position of Analyst I, under the following conditions: **Responsibilities and Duties** **1\.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualification:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields aligned with Controller and Financial Management functions. **2\.TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Budget and forecasting planning and control (*Budget* and *Forecast*); * Financial analysis and cost management; * Preparation of managerial reports and indicators (KPIs); * Intermediate/advanced Excel; * Power BI and data analysis; * ERP systems and BI tools; * Managerial accounting and internal controls; * Preparation of executive presentations; * Process organization, critical analysis, and improvement; * Communication, interpersonal relationship skills, and support to internal departments; * Knowledge of R programming language will be considered a plus. **3\.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACTIVITIES** * Support budget planning and monitoring (*Budget* and *Forecast*); * Conduct financial analyses and budget variance analyses; * Prepare managerial reports, KPIs, and executive presentations; * Monitor costs, expenses, and departmental performance indicators; * Update and manage managerial databases and information; * Develop and monitor dashboards and internal controls; * Support financial feasibility studies and strategic analyses; * Use ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI for information analysis and consolidation; * Support process improvements and automation of departmental routines; * Provide technical support to internal departments and management; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and applicable legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **4\.BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Analytical thinking and data orientation; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Organization and time management; * Clear and concise communication; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Results and customer orientation; * Adaptability and flexibility; * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. **Additional Information** **5\.WORK LOCATION AND EMPLOYMENT REGIME** * Work model: On-site in Brasília; * Employment regime: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws); * Working hours: 40 hours per week. **6\.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * **Salary: R$ 4\.000,00** * Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) * Meal/voucher allowance (R$ 2\.439,80\) * Health and dental insurance and Supplementary Pension; * Education incentives (courses, certifications); * Career development plan with technical and managerial tracks. **7\.EXPECTED TIMELINE** **8\.ANNEXES I AND II** **9\.GENERAL PROVISIONS** * All stages may be conducted remotely; * It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to monitor the publication of all notices and communications related to this Selection Process; * To ensure impartiality and transparency in Selection Processes, and to maintain a fair and merit-based work environment, participation in this Selection Process is prohibited for former BRBCARD employees dismissed without cause within the last 18 (eighteen) months, in new BRBCARD Selection Processes. The 18-month restriction period begins on the date of contract termination homologation for the former employee, prior to the opening date of the Selection Process.
