We are seeking a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. You will be responsible for and ensure production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within your unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual obligations; * Analyze and monitor the full set of qualitative and quantitative results within your scope to optimize unit operations, including developing action plans, formulating strategies, and creating and implementing innovative initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for planning and annually developing your unit’s budget, and ensure it is achieved—and even exceeded—throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task assignment. Establish clear communication and deliver technical, behavioral, health, and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Operate a large-scale facility in the Onshore Energy and Resources segment, with an average daily meal volume of 850. Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Proven experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; * Valid driver’s license; * Personal vehicle (preferred).
