Job Summary: A nursing professional to work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with critically ill and highly complex patients, performing the nursing process and continuous monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Working in the ICU with critically ill and highly complex patients 2. Performing nursing procedures and advanced monitoring 3. Supporting the medical team during complex invasive procedures Must have experience with critically ill and highly complex patients in the Intensive Care Unit, from admission through discharge or transfer. 01\- Perform the nursing process (except the planning stage), provide clear and accessible guidance to patients and their families, and ensure safe care transition, legal compliance, and efficient bed turnover. 02\- Maintain patient monitoring, assess and record vital signs in the MV system at least every 2 hours to promote continuous health status monitoring and enable preventive early detection of clinical deterioration. 03\- Carry out medical and nursing prescriptions according to scheduled times, ensuring medication safety through item verification, double-checking high-risk medications, and returning unused medications with appropriate justifications; deliver psychotropic medications to the nurse for return, in accordance with unit clinical protocols. 04\- Perform graphical method procedures and advanced monitoring (ECG, capnography, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, etc.) by installing and uninstalling equipment on patients as needed, to assist in medical diagnosis and ensure accurate recording of vital functions in critically ill patients. 05\- Support the medical and nursing teams during highly complex invasive procedures (e.g., orotracheal intubation, central catheter insertion, chest tube placement, tracheostomy), including patient preparation, organizing sterile supplies, and providing direct assistance during procedure execution, to ensure procedural safety and maintenance of life support in the ICU. Must hold a Technical Nursing Certificate registered with COREN (active). **Availability to work rotating shifts:** 7:00 PM \- 7:00 AM (12 x 36\) **Minimum Education:** Technical Certificate
