We seek a hands\-on professional capable of structuring processes, KPIs, and an operational model within a fast\-growing environment. This professional is a technical expert who also manages people. **Scale of Operations:** Coverage across major Brazilian state capitals; Expanding customer base; 24x7 operations; Enterprise clients, B2B operations; Team of analysts and coordinators. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead network operations, especially the NOC—the company's backbone; Lead the team of network coordinators and analysts; Report directly to the executive board; Manage concurrent projects aligned with the company’s growth strategy; Consolidate data and metrics for strategic planning and decision\-making; Propose new ideas and solutions, contributing to continuous business innovation. **Desired Profile:** Professional with management experience—not an analyst position; Ability to interact with the executive board and peers while autonomously leading teams; Resilience, initiative, and energy to grow alongside the company; Experience in telecommunications companies is preferred; **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree; postgraduate studies in the field are preferred. **Management Scope Includes:** Support for IP/MPLS network element incidents in the backbone; Design and oversee IP/MPLS and Metro Ethernet network projects; Consolidate metrics and prepare reports for technical coordination; Support for IP/MPLS and Metro Ethernet network elements; Plan IGP and EGP routing configurations; Troubleshoot IP/MPLS and Metro Ethernet network elements; Responsible for activation of IP/MPLS backbone circuits; Participate in the implementation chain of IP/MPLS and Metro Ethernet network projects; Identify and resolve IP/MPLS and Metro Ethernet network issues; Actively participate in the certification of new technologies and equipment; Assess necessary modifications arising from technology enhancements. **Highlights:** :: Reporting Line: Executive board :: Work Modality: 100% on\-site in São Paulo \- Capital (Av.
