Trains healthcare professionals and supports strategic decision-making The **nursing auditor** is a fundamental professional in hospital institutions, as they help ensure the quality of patient care and the efficiency of the healthcare system, in compliance with regulations, contracts, and protocols, with a focus on identifying inconsistencies, reducing claim denials, and optimizing resources. **Total Compensation:** R$ 5\.240,44 **Work Schedule:** 220 hours (Mon\-Fri) **Work Mode:** On-site **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze medical, nursing, and multidisciplinary team records using specific protocols and legislation to identify inconsistencies, ensure information quality, and guarantee regulatory compliance; * Verify records of procedures and treatments performed, comparing them against billing tables (SIGTAP), to prevent claim denials and ensure accurate billing; * Identify, categorize, and propose solutions for claim denials raised by the health department, using detailed reports and meetings with teams, to recover revenue and prevent recurrence; * Generate technical reports based on data collected from medical records and systems, presenting analyses and recommendations to support strategic decisions by hospital management; * Train healthcare professionals on the importance and correct completion methods for medical records and clinical forms, ensuring greater information accuracy and reducing documentation errors; * Validate and submit requests for procedure authorizations to the health department, using management systems and protocols, to ensure compliance with established regulations; * Review medical and hospital bills related to services rendered, cross-referencing data from medical records, to ensure alignment with services provided; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Postgraduate degree in Internal Audit for Healthcare Services; * Valid professional council registration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in SUS billing is desirable. **Additional Information** * On-site meals; * SESC benefits; * DayOff.
