Let’s build together the best health community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Registration:** Record incoming and outgoing items, determine minimum and maximum quantities, and monitor high- and low-turnover products. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, inspect, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record storage temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiry and Disposal:** Monitor item expiry dates, notify about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired items per applicable regulations. * **Replenishment and Kit Assembly:** Prepare and label dialysis room kits and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, preserving equipment integrity. * **Procurement and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan jointly with the Operations Manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Control material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to ICU. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/PCP issuance. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with nursing staff on dispensing schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education.
