Job Summary: The physiotherapist is responsible for functional recovery, complication prevention, and improvement of hospitalized patients' quality of life, in collaboration with the healthcare team. The **physiotherapist** plays a fundamental role in the hospital environment, as their practice is directly linked to functional recovery, complication prevention, and improvement of the quality of life of inpatients. They are frontline professionals in hospital care, working in partnership with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and humanized care. **Salary**: R$ 4\.416,46 **Workload**: 150h (12x60\) **Modality**: In-person **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct detailed physiotherapeutic assessments (respiratory and motor), analyzing clinical history, complementary examinations, and functional status to diagnose impairments and define individualized treatment plans. * Apply respiratory, neuro-musculoskeletal, and early mobilization treatment techniques based on clinical protocols and evidence, aiming at functional recovery, maintenance of capabilities, and prevention of complications related to hospitalization. * Continuously monitor patients’ responses to treatment, adjusting therapeutic interventions according to progress and maintaining up-to-date documentation and records. * Practice in critical and specialized contexts, contributing ventilatory support, bronchial hygiene, mobilization techniques, atrophy prevention, and functional recovery. * Develop rehabilitation programs considering short- and long-term therapeutic goals, mobility and conditioning targets, focusing on return to activities of daily living and reduction of length of stay. * Participate in case discussions and integrated care strategies, communicating\-with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to align interventions, adjust treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care. * Provide guidance on self-care, physiotherapeutic exercises, complication prevention, and safe mobilization, while promoting health education to support continuity of treatment during hospitalization and after discharge. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy; * Valid registration with the Professional Council; * Postgraduate specialization in the field is desirable; * Basic Office software package; * Hospital experience is desirable. **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance; * Cafeteria; * SESC benefits; * DayOff.
