Develop and train teams; Ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements for the project; Develop teams' capabilities in planning, organization, and problem-solving; Monitor technical and economic feasibility, conducting analyses, diagnostics, and forecasts related to project costs and services; Control budgets and plan allocation of direct and indirect costs; Manage project costs and cash flow; Conduct on-site planning meetings; Validate project budgets and cost plans at all construction phases; Analyze performance and results of ongoing projects (including on-site visits / construction sites); Monitor variances, covering physical progress, production financing, incurred costs, and costs to be incurred; Consolidate monthly results. **Requirements:** Postgraduate degree / MBA; Full availability for travel; Experience in the Civil Construction sector.
