Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Building from scratch the operational model and workflows of Darkstores based on lean manufacturing, designing operational manuals and conducting systemic diagnostics at the workplace to ensure the launch and validation of each unit with documented processes and high operational efficiency. * Leading the operational growth of new units by applying lean methodologies—including value stream mapping, problem solving, continuous improvement, and workplace observation—to eliminate bottlenecks, identify digital automation opportunities, and standardize documented solutions that guarantee process consistency and replicability across the entire dark store network. * Promoting a continuous improvement culture through planning and facilitating improvement events and workshops in dark stores, training and upskilling local teams on methodological tools to co-create integrated and scalable solutions in partnership with operational, technology, quality, and support areas. * Ensuring governance of action plans through performance monitoring, benefit capture, and indicator reporting to local and regional leadership—contributing to building the dark stores’ operational excellence plan and aligning all initiatives, data presentations, and recommendations with strategic priorities and business impact. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in highly complex environments, preferably in logistics operations, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, or dark stores. * Experience in startup or ramp-up of operations—and having built processes from scratch—is a valued differentiator. * Experience in process mapping, operational diagnostics, and solution implementation in fast-changing environments; prior people management experience is a plus. * Mastery of lean manufacturing methodologies and process analysis tools, combined with critical interpretation of operational data and systems thinking, alongside facilitation skills for workshops, group dynamics, and change management leadership; Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt), knowledge of technical drawing and operational layout modeling programs, and proficiency in artificial intelligence and data analysis tools are desirable. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big and long-term. * The chance to take ownership of your development in an environment full of opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and mutual learning within a team of outstanding professionals and experts. * An excellent work environment, with everything you need to have a great experience. :) Mercado Libre does not contact candidates offering job opportunities in exchange for money.
