Preparation of highly complex budgets **Responsibilities:** * Completed higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Postgraduate studies in progress (preferred); * Advanced knowledge of the civil construction sector; * Advanced knowledge of economic and financial feasibility analysis; * Advanced expertise in construction cost estimation. **Requirements:** * Prepare highly complex budgets; * Define pricing strategies, margins, and competitiveness; * Support senior management and departmental management; * Perform direct and indirect cost composition; * Develop technical construction planning, including WBS, execution schedules, and resource histograms; * Manage replanning processes; * Ensure regulatory compliance of budgets; * Monitor cost history and performance indicators; * Prepare calculation documentation; * Represent the company in negotiations; * Supervise and support operational activities.
