A construction company seeks a Construction Manager in São Paulo (Paraíso). **Responsibilities:** Plan and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, cost, and quality. Develop short-, medium-, and long-term executive plans, anticipate risks, and prevent rework. Manage contractor and supplier contracts, ensuring performance, productivity, and alignment with planning. Control the project budget, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions. Ensure service quality and finishing standards consistent with high-end developments. Interface with developers, designers, and project management firms to ensure technical and operational alignment. Lead multidisciplinary teams, promoting organization, discipline, and results-oriented focus. Prepare and conduct management meetings, reporting physical progress, financial status, and project risks. Previous experience as Construction Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Engineering Project Manager, or Director of Construction may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
