**What are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Business Systems Analyst**, to work with our partner. Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you, conducting 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and your career growth. **Responsibilities and duties** * Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with focus on Analytics and Digital Products. * Ability to act as a bridge between Business, Product, Data, and Technology teams. * Capability to translate business needs into scalable, measurable, and high-impact technical solutions. * Solid understanding of digital measurement strategy and experience in its definition and implementation. * Hands-on experience across the full product development lifecycle—from conception through feature launch. * Skill in authoring and detailing functional requirements and business rules for technical teams. * Experience overseeing deliveries, ensuring quality, traceability, and adherence to objectives. * Ability to support continuous evolution of digital products based on data, metrics, and insights. * Knowledge of maintaining and optimizing web ecosystems and analytics solutions. **What you need to have:** * Experience identifying business problems and transforming needs into functional and technical requirements. * Experience defining project scope and prioritizing backlog items, considering business, product, and technology aspects. * Ability to translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. * Close collaboration with development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements—participating in refinements, sprint planning, and estimation sessions. * Monitoring of development progress and deliveries, ensuring adherence to requirements and business objectives. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar) in complex environments, working cross-functionally across multiple areas and squads. * Analysis of digital data and metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement and evolution. * Ability to discuss technical solutions with engineering teams and interface with internal systems and vendors. * Experience in UAT, delivery validation, and incident resolution—ensuring continuity of solutions. * Ability to document processes, configurations, and data governance practices, as well as align diverse stakeholders during organizational change. **Requirements and qualifications** **Desired education and engagement:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Participation in technology groups or involvement with any kind of community. **Attitudes:** * Proactive, curious, and analytically minded individual; detail-oriented and accountable; strategic thinking aligned with results; flexibility and professional maturity. **Additional information** **What we offer:** Meal and transportation allowance Health insurance Semester evaluations with growth prospects Feedback-driven culture Maternity/Paternity leave Referral bonus ZenKlub: two free sessions per month Education benefit Longevity bonus Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS) **About the hiring process:** CLT employment contract Remote work We are committed to building an increasingly diverse and inclusive company.
