To become a market reference and build a solid trajectory toward becoming a publicly traded company. **Our values guide us every day:** Quality Punctuality Innovation Resilience Transparency Customer Focus If you are an organized, analytical person who enjoys transforming numbers into strategy—ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the construction of mid- to high-end real estate projects—this **Budget Analyst** opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze executive projects, descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, and other reference documents; * Interpret and translate project definitions into clear, objective, and technically aligned contracting scopes; * Ensure that services to be contracted align with what is stipulated in the project; * Validate whether the execution model considered for each package is correctly reflected in the contracting scope; * Structure and standardize measurement criteria for each service, ensuring contractual clarity and alignment with execution; * Interface with Procurement to ensure that scopes sent for quotation are complete and aligned; * Align with Engineering, Planning, and Construction teams on any questions regarding execution methods, responsibility interfaces, and measurement criteria; * Support continuous process improvement, ensuring greater predictability, standardization, and technical security in contracting. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Proven experience in project analysis, technical scope development, and contracting processes in civil construction; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting executive projects, descriptive memoranda, and technical specifications; * Experience with budgeting, procurement, and/or service contracting processes; * Knowledge of construction execution methods and interdisciplinary interfaces; * Experience in defining and validating service measurement criteria; * Ability to identify project inconsistencies and propose technical solutions; * Strong communication skills for interfacing with departments such as Engineering, Planning, Construction, and Procurement; * Organizational ability and capacity to structure processes clearly and traceably; * Analytical, critical mindset oriented toward standardization and continuous improvement. **Additional information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Day OFF (a day off during your birth month) * Collective Holidays * Right Referral – New Clients (0.5% commission on VGV) * Right Referral – New Employees (20% of gross salary after hiring) * Career Development Plans * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * TotalPass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and the future of cities?
