**Requirements and Qualifications** **Learn about this professional’s daily routine:**
* Will perform reservation/validation of commercial space reservations in the system according to the client’s contract;
* Will assist sales executives and advertising agencies in resolving pending issues, customer registration, credit analysis, title determination, billing release, and availability checks;
* Will request production of jingles and commercials related to projects;
* Will prepare the daily commercial schedule using all system resources to distribute all scheduled insertions while avoiding competitive conflicts;
* Will analyze and validate received commercials prior to broadcast;
* Will conduct broadcast verification to ensure contracted content for our clients has been delivered correctly;
* Will organize and archive documents related to all departmental processes;
* Will participate/support other tasks as requested by the coordinator.
**What you need to have:**
* Completed High School education;
* Affinity for routine tasks;
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
* Energy to tackle new challenges, strong desire to learn, and empathetic listening skills;
* Must reside in Curitiba; on-site work model during business hours.
***Desirable: familiarity with the advertising industry and experience operating the Salesforce CRM system.***
