Then pay attention to this opportunity and join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct analyses and provide insights on the national and international retail market; * Build and maintain a database for internal studies and market benchmarking; * Develop structured executive presentations (storytelling and visual) with business implications for LRSA; * Formulate hypotheses, diagnoses, and robust action plans to support executive decision-making; * Monitor execution to ensure achievement of performance indicators; * Participate in discussions and contribute knowledge to teams (systemic perspective, implications, and value creation). **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Planning, or Strategic Consulting; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; * Advanced English proficiency; * Strategic mindset, analytical capability, and systemic vision. **Additional information** Work format: **Hybrid** Work location: **Porto Alegre\- RS or São Paulo\- SP** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility based on your position.
