Communication and Marketing Assistant Description: We are seeking a Communication and Marketing Assistant to support activities within the organization’s Institutional Communication department. The professional will be responsible for collaborating on communication campaign creation, producing social media content, and other related tasks. Responsibilities: * Contribute to the development of layouts/designs for printed and digital materials, ensuring standardization and usability; * Participate in planning meetings and brainstorming sessions; * Participate in and provide operational support to the Analyst during photographic coverage of events (including those held by monks/religious members of the Abbey); assist in posting photos on designated media (website, social media, intranet, etc.); forward photos to interested parties. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Radio and Television; * Proficiency in graphic design, photography, and video editing tools; * Prior experience in communication and marketing activities; * Strong writing and communication skills; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Creativity; * Flexibility in schedule to attend institutional events.
