Video Editor — Remote Work **Marketing Agency** | 100% Remote Position | Employment type to be discussed (CLT/PJ) About the position We are looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team and produce dynamic content for our clients' social media channels. Most of the work will focus on vertical-format videos — **Reels and TikToks**, so we seek someone with rhythm, creativity, and mastery of short-form content trends. Responsibilities * Edit videos primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok, using dynamic cuts and optimized for high engagement * Create assets for Stories, YouTube Shorts, and occasionally longer-form videos * Apply subtitles, visual effects, transitions, soundtracks, and graphic elements aligned with current trends * Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to understand briefs and campaign objectives * Select the best takes and assemble compelling narratives from raw footage * Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and features (e.g., CapCut, TikTok effects, etc.) * Meet delivery deadlines aligned with clients' editorial calendars Requirements * Prior experience editing social media videos (portfolio required) * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar * Strong command of subtitle integration, rapid cuts, and storytelling tailored for vertical format * Aesthetic sensitivity and knowledge of Reels/TikTok trends * Organization, autonomy, and proactivity for remote work * Stable internet connection and personal equipment for video editing Nice-to-have * Knowledge of motion graphics * Prior experience at a marketing/advertising agency * Experience managing multiple clients and concurrent demands Benefits * 100% remote work * Life insurance Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Work location: Remote
