**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering - AI | IT** ==================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a Backend-focused developer to work on the development and maintenance of features that add value to our product. The professional will be responsible for delivering consistent technical results, ensuring scalability and quality of solutions within our business segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium-complexity technical solutions, working autonomously and securely with the project's backend technologies; * Understand the existing backend architecture and be capable of performing maintenance, improvements, and proposing enhancements to components and features; * Implement automated tests (unit and integration), ensuring code coverage and expected behavior of technical components; * Document the development lifecycle, ensuring that processes and workflows are recorded in version control and documentation tools; * Collaborate with the development team to identify technical and business solutions, actively participating in software design discussions; * Maintain software quality by applying best practices (Clean Code, SOLID) and using the company’s standard tools; * Support junior-level developers (Analyst I/Junior), assisting with technical questions and sharing knowledge daily; * Analyze and detail requirements, interacting with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical implementation meets customer needs. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Technical Experience: Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript; * Frameworks: Proficiency in backend frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS, or similar); * Testing: Practical experience with unit testing and mocking tools; * Databases: Intermediate/advanced knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; * Architecture: Strong understanding of software architecture (REST, microservices); * Security: Experience with application security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth2, JWT); * Modern Technologies: Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, SQS) and familiarity with Serverless concepts; * Cloud: Practical knowledge of AWS environments; * Innovation: Experience using AI tools for code optimization. Desired Qualifications * Knowledge of CI/CD (deployment pipelines); * Experience with Spec-Driven Development projects; * Agile methodologies (intermediate level); * AWS certifications (Foundational or Associate).
