**[Tech] Senior Quality Analyst | IT** ============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description Ensures the quality of team deliveries so that software requirements requested by the squad's Product Owner (PO) are met. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct medium-complexity requirement analyses, propose solutions, evaluate alternatives, and deliver training based on advanced knowledge of the product and domain; Support the PO in decision-making by providing inputs derived from hands-on experience with the specific product; Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; Support prioritization of software product deliveries through specialized analysis, considering potential impacts of prioritizations on team/product activities; Detail medium-complexity requirements through direct engagement with customers and project-related departments, suggesting implementation in the standard product for the PO; Analyze the effectiveness of software product feature implementation and operation by performing integrated testing for maintenance/innovation/regulatory updates of high complexity; Support or conduct systemic testing for software product release (final product) to ensure system routines/operations function correctly. May use previously registered test scenarios in the "Test Cases" tool as a reference for test planning; Develop test cases for new features or for existing features lacking documented test cases; Create mind maps for critical/complex routines, identifying associated functionalities; Prepare technical documentation or review documentation written by junior developers, ensuring customers understand what was implemented in the software product, and publish it in the customer-facing document repository; Automate test cases by developing medium- and high-complexity test scripts. Requirements and Qualifications Education: Completed undergraduate degree in technology or related fields.
