We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst** with experience in TOTVS RM to support maintenance, enhancement, and development of solutions that underpin our internal processes. ### **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the **TOTVS RM modules (Backoffice: Nucleus, Fluxus, Saldus, Liber, and Bonum)**; * Develop, optimize, and maintain **SQL scripts**, stored procedures, views, and queries to support business areas; * Develop and maintain **RM Report, Planilha Net, Cubo, Metadados, and Fórmula Visual**; * Conduct requirements analysis with internal departments and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs; * Develop and maintain integrations between systems; * Prepare and maintain **technical documentation, workflows, and procedural manuals**; * Support users in resolving incidents and drive continuous process improvement; * Participate in system implementation and evolution projects.
