This professional will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of logistics projects, ensuring delivery of operational milestones such as the Ops Clock, Concept of Operations, Ramp-up Plan, and Cutover.**Requirements** -------------- Required: • Completed undergraduate degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Experience or exposure to mapping operational and logistics processes • Solid knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Planner, MS Project) • Familiarity with TMS and logistics systems • Analytical ability and attention to detail • Proactive problem-solving under supervision • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Willingness to travel frequently Desirable: • Intermediate English (technical reading) • Prior experience in logistics projects or operational startups**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Actively participate in Kick-off meetings and Risk Workshops 2\. Collect and submit documents for validation by relevant departments 3\. Gather regulatory and contractual information 4\. Support cost and operational impact estimation under coordinator/supervisor guidance 5\. Co-author documents such as Ops Clock, Concept of Operations, and implementation plans 6\. Initiate service requests for new customer and branch registration processes 7\. Participate in defining and executing system tests with IT and SU teams 8\. Identify and organize procurement and contracting requirements with responsible parties 9\. Support supplier and BID process monitoring 10\. Participate in preparing project progress reports and presentations 11\. Ensure alignment with operational and administrative departments throughout project execution
