Through our dedication to software development excellence, we steer Minerva Foods toward a technologically advanced and operationally efficient future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and formalize processes and best practices for system development, integration, delivery, and operations. * Implement governance frameworks, decision-making models, and change and release controls. * Audit execution of defined processes and validate compliance across projects and deliveries. * Design, establish, and review SLAs, KPIs, and governance metrics (e.g., availability, delivery lead time, failure rate, correction cycle time). * Create and maintain governance reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. * Monitor outcomes of adopted practices and initiate corrective actions when indicators reveal deviations. * Manage and govern the systems portfolio; support initiative prioritization jointly with business and architecture teams. * Review and approve architectural decisions and critical changes impacting quality, security, and scalability. * Conduct and support internal and external audits related to processes, security, and compliance. * Document processes, policies, and standards; train teams on governance practices and tool usage. * Facilitate communication among business, development, operations, and security teams to align governance expectations and requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. * Proven experience in IT governance and software lifecycle management (analysis, development, testing, deployment, operations). * Practical experience conducting process audits, defining SLAs/KPIs, and preparing governance reports. **Tools and Technologies (Practical Knowledge)** * Development management: Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Azure DevOps. * ITSM / incident management: ServiceNow, Freshservice, or similar. * Reporting and analytics: Power BI or advanced Excel. * Working knowledge of SQL and scripting (Python, Bash) for data extraction and analysis. * Process modeling tools: BPMN, Visio, or similar. **Frameworks, Standards, and Methodologies** * Familiarity with COBIT and ITIL. * Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing. * Understanding of system architecture, integration, and security standards. **Courses and Certifications (Required / Preferred)** * Preferred: ITIL 4 Foundation. * Advantageous: ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor. * Advantageous: Project management. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** * Ability to define clear, measurable processes and metrics. * Skill in auditing, identifying non-conformities, and proposing corrective actions. * Clear communication with technical teams and business stakeholders. * Data- and results-oriented mindset; attention to detail and evidence-based decision making. * Influence and negotiation skills to align priorities and ensure adoption of governance practices. * Autonomy to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage risks. **Additional Information** As the leading beef exporter in South America, Minerva Foods connects people, food, and technology with excellence.
