* Administer, configure, and provide support for the Senior system, focusing on the Rubi module;
* Perform maintenance and monitoring of payroll, benefits, electronic timekeeping, and labor charges routines;
* Identify, analyze, and correct systemic and operational inconsistencies;
* Provide technical and functional support to internal users;
* Coordinate integration between systems and validate information;
* Support eSocial-related processes and labor obligations;
* Prepare reports, queries, and management indicators;
* Participate in system implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects;
* Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new functionalities;
* Support mapping, review, and optimization of HR and Personnel Department processes;
* Ensure compliance of routines with current labor legislation;
* Collaborate with HR, Personnel Department, IT, and vendors to meet internal demands.
**Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields;
* Experience with the Senior system, especially the Rubi module;
* Knowledge of Personnel Department processes and labor legislation;
* Experience in system configuration, support, and maintenance;
* Knowledge of system integration and data analysis;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Familiarity with Senior modules Ronda, Vetorh, or People Management;
* Experience with SQL databases;
* Experience in system implementation or migration;
* Knowledge of eSocial;
* Experience in building reports and management indicators.
