Support for leaders and employees Job Description – Senior People Analyst \| HOD About the Role We are looking for a Senior People Analyst to work in the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) area, supporting initiatives focused on people development, organizational culture, climate, engagement, and performance. This person will be responsible for leading and supporting strategic development programs and actions, assisting leaders and employees in building a healthy, collaborative, and company-culture-aligned organizational environment. Responsibilities * Lead and support Human and Organizational Development initiatives; * Participate in performance evaluation, feedback, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) processes; * Develop and monitor training programs, learning paths, and capacity-building activities; * Support organizational climate, engagement, and culture initiatives; * Monitor HR department metrics and indicators; * Assist leaders with people management topics; * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to strengthen employee experience; * Support onboarding programs, career development, and succession planning; * Organize and track training calendars and internal activities. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in Human and Organizational Development (HOD), Training & Development, or related areas; * Knowledge of performance evaluation, IDPs, and development initiatives; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and interpersonal relationship abilities; Preferred Qualifications * Experience in organizational culture and internal communications; * Familiarity with training platforms and climate survey tools; * Knowledge of HR metrics; * Experience delivering training sessions.
