Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields. * Experience in Training \& Development processes. * Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive attitude, and analytical mindset. * Ability to work effectively in teams and adapt to change. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in technology companies. * Familiarity with Competency-Based HR Management, agile methodologies, and project management. * Interest in performance metrics and indicators in T\&D and R\&S.
