Missions/Main Duties: * Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements to prepare proposals. * Develop detailed budgets for railway system projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and services. * Conduct technical-economic feasibility studies and support the definition of commercial strategies. * Research and obtain price quotations for inputs and services from suppliers and partners. * Prepare technical documentation and assist in drafting commercial proposals. * Monitor updates to railway sector standards and regulations. * Collaborate with various internal departments — such as engineering, procurement, and commercial — to ensure proposal accuracy.
