Analyze risks and propose adjustments to planning A construction company is seeking a Construction Planning Analyst in Teresina (Horto). **Responsibilities:** Develop physical and financial construction schedules according to projects and contracts. Monitor activity progress by comparing actual versus planned performance. Control costs, measurements, and construction performance indicators. Update management reports and present status updates to the engineering team. Analyze risks, deadlines, and propose adjustments to construction planning. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Construction Planner, Construction Planning Specialist, or Construction Project Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
