Requirements: **About the Role** We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Analyst to validate the quality of software developed for our client, ensuring deliverables meet functional, technical, and quality requirements. The professional will work closely with development teams and partner areas, focusing on manual testing, process automation, and operations in Azure environments—acting as a key contributor to collaborative problem identification and resolution. **Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and document software tests, ensuring compliance with requirements and quality standards. * Design test scenarios and test cases based on functional and technical requirements, maintaining rigorous attention to detail. * Perform manual and automated tests, ensuring adequate coverage and delivery reliability. * Execute regression, integration, and validation tests prior to production releases. * Identify, log, and track defects and inconsistencies, actively participating in their resolution alongside development teams. * Act as a facilitator in resolving cross-functional issues, helping to unblock dependencies and align expectations. * Support test and process automation, contributing to improved efficiency and reduced recurring failures. * Work in Azure environments, supporting tests related to cloud applications and services. * Maintain clear and up-to-date test documentation, supporting continuous improvement of quality processes. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience as a QA Analyst in software development projects. * Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing. * Experience or knowledge of test and process automation. * Hands-on experience in Azure environments. * Strong communication skills, with ability to engage effectively with various technical and business areas. * Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile, with ease in identifying inconsistencies. * Ability to untangle complex problems and collaborate effectively across distinct teams. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with test automation tools. Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). Knowledge of CI/CD and integration of automated tests into pipelines. Experience in cloud-native projects.
