Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate technical teams in Data and BI, ensuring quality, governance, and delivery predictability. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients HRE GROUP is supporting a Beauty startup in searching for a Mid-Level Social Media Analyst (Generalist) to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo. We are seeking a Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate technical teams in Data and BI, ensuring quality, governance, delivery predictability, and alignment with clients' business objectives. * Manage end-to-end Data and BI projects (scope, timeline, cost, risks, and quality); * Coordinate Tech Leads, data engineers, BI analysts, and developers, ensuring team integration and high performance; * Act as the liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients; * Plan and monitor schedules, sprints, and delivery milestones, ensuring predictability; * Support architecture-of-data definition jointly with Tech Leads (Medallion / Lakehouse); * Ensure adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and best practices in management; * Monitor project performance indicators (timeline, quality, effort, risks); * Manage client expectations, facilitating alignments, status reports, and executive meetings; * Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance of projects; * Identify technical and operational risks, proactively mitigating them. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or PMO in technology projects; * Solid experience in Data, BI, Analytics, or Data Engineering projects; * Sufficient technical knowledge to communicate effectively with Tech Leads and teams (Power BI, SQL, ETL, Data Warehouse, Data Lake); * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, GIRA, hybrids); * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously; * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile; * Fluent English for corporate communication. Preferred Qualifications: * Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Product Owner); * Experience with projects on Azure, AWS, or GCP; * Experience in regulated environments (finance, industry, energy); * Prior experience in technology consulting; * Knowledge of delivery metrics, OKRs, and IT governance.
