There is still much to build. **Job Description:** At Areco, we are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to ensure ERP users enjoy a smooth and efficient experience. More than just resolving support tickets, this professional will act as a knowledge facilitator—helping customers use the system optimally, collaborating with other teams, and driving continuous process improvement. **Work Mode: On-site** **Desired Profile:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and efficient user support; * Focused and analytical mindset, with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a structured manner; * Problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and proposing effective solutions; * Time management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring prompt support delivery; * Proactivity—anticipating needs and actively contributing to process improvements. * Results-oriented; * Continuous learning—seeking to deepen knowledge and keep pace with technological advancements. Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP or other enterprise system support. * Basic understanding of administrative processes, including finance, taxation, sales, production, and payroll. * Basic knowledge of SQL Server database, including simple queries. * Experience with remote access tools for technical support. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. * KCS methodology knowledge is desirable.
