Job Summary: The Network Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and security of the company's network infrastructure, managing virtualized environments, Active Directory, firewalls, and antivirus solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Network infrastructure administration and security. 2. Management of virtualized environments (Hyper-V) and Active Directory. 3. Firewall and antivirus solution configuration and maintenance. The Network Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and security of the company's network infrastructure. This includes administration of Hyper\-V virtualized environments, Active Directory, Palo Alto firewalls (with command-line experience), file servers, and antivirus solutions (Microsoft Defender and Kaspersky). The professional must monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, implement security policies, and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure operational continuity and protection of company data. Network Administration: Monitor network performance and identify bottlenecks and connectivity issues. Diagnose and efficiently resolve network problems. Implement and maintain data backup and recovery policies. Document network configurations, technical procedures, and incidents. * Virtualized Environment Administration (Hyper\-V): Manage and maintain Hyper\-V virtualized environments. Create, configure, and monitor virtual machines. Implement and maintain virtual machine backup and recovery policies. * Active Directory (AD) Administration: Manage user accounts and groups in Active Directory. Implement and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Monitor Active Directory event logs to detect suspicious activities. * Next-Generation Firewall Administration (policies, VPNs, SD\-WAN, NAT): Configure and maintain firewalls to protect the network against external and internal threats. Implement and manage firewall rules. Monitor firewall logs to identify suspicious activities. Troubleshooting. * File Server Administration: Manage and maintain Windows file servers. Configure file and folder access permissions. Implement and maintain file server backup and recovery policies. * Antivirus Administration: Deploy and maintain antivirus solutions on company endpoints. Monitor antivirus status and respond to security alerts. Manage quarantine-free files and conduct malware analysis. * Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure improvement projects. Provide second-level technical support to resolve complex network issues.
