In 2025, we received the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the fifth consecutive year. **Responsibilities and Duties** **i4pro \+ You \= i4evc** Throughout your journey at i4pro, you’ll have numerous opportunities to develop, evolve, and transform—all within a collaborative and healthy work environment that values recognition, appreciation, and everyone’s well-being. **Therefore, we count on you to:** * Ensure the strategic, efficient, and high-quality delivery of i4pro’s software solutions, leading multidisciplinary teams with a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous innovation in the insurance sector. * **Lead the Delivery area**, ensuring efficient and strategic execution of software projects. * **Manage multidisciplinary teams**, including project managers and delivery specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * **Define and track OKRs** (Objectives and Key Results) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and exceed customer expectations. * **Plan and oversee project schedules**, scopes, and resources, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveries. * **Implement agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, Agile) and best practices in project management to optimize processes and outcomes. * **Serve as the strategic focal point** between customers, internal departments, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication. * **Make critical decisions under pressure**, mitigating risks and keeping projects on track. * **Negotiate with customers and suppliers**, adjusting scopes and timelines as needed to ensure project success and upsell opportunities. * **Monitor performance indicators**, customer satisfaction, and delivery quality, driving continuous improvement. * **Develop and execute the strategic vision** for the Delivery area, aligned with the company’s long-term objectives and the needs of the insurance market. * **Foster a culture of excellence**, urgency, and results orientation across the entire team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must also have:** * Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. * Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams with more than two levels of hierarchical leadership. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, or related areas. **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience in the insurance sector. * Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP). * English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Our work model:** We prioritize our employees’ well-being, offering positions in remote, on-site, or hybrid formats (on-site with home office policy), defined according to the role’s requirements and responsibilities.
