Located in **Vinhedo-SP**, since 2000 we have been **providing high-quality products** present across diverse markets, including hygiene, automotive, cleaning, military, footwear, abrasives, packaging, civil construction, and many others. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in calculating and analyzing industrial costs; * Knowledge of standard cost and actual cost calculation; * Experience with monthly closing and variance analysis (actual vs. budget); * Knowledge of controlling and cost accounting; * Experience with ERP systems (Protheus is a plus); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Calculate and analyze industrial costs (raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead); * Perform monthly cost closing, ensuring accurate accounting allocation; * Analyze cost variances (actual vs. standard / budgeted) and identify deviations; * Prepare management reports and presentations to support decision-making; * Update and review cost structures (BOM – Bill of Materials and production routings); * Support product pricing and margin definition; * Direct interaction with production teams for feasibility analysis; * Participate in cost reduction projects to improve results; * Monitor and control inventory, ensuring consistency between physical and accounting records; * Participate in the budgeting process (budget and forecast); * Develop and track cost area performance indicators (KPIs); * Support internal and external audits with cost-related information; * Drive process improvements and automation of departmental routines; * Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus. **Interested?** Send us your resume and **apply now!** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * As part of your responsibilities, do you perform cost roll-up? * As part of your responsibilities, do you analyze direct and indirect costs? * As part of your responsibilities, do you allocate indirect costs?
