That’s why everything we do at CNH is focused on evolving together as one unified team, always delivering our best for our customers. **Job Purpose** --------------- The Senior Application Specialist – SAP Revenue Cycle position focuses on designing, modeling, implementing, and managing the ingestion of data from SAP systems (related to Revenue Cycle processes) into the company’s data lake, identifying inconsistencies, data quality or performance issues, and leading their resolution. The professional will work closely with SAP functional specialists, business units, and IT AD\&I (Architecture, Data \& Innovation) teams, while also contributing expertise in SAP data integration tools such as SAP Datasphere, currently part of SAP Business Data Cloud. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ Design, model, implement, and manage data flows from SAP systems into CNH’s data lake. Serve as the SAP focal point, providing technical support and expertise on the SAP data model, ensuring data integrity and quality, and supporting the development of data products. Support the design and validation of data quality rules and monitoring mechanisms. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices within CNH. Work closely with SAP to track product innovations such as SAP Business Data Cloud and related solutions. Actively contribute to improving the integrity and quality of SAP data in CNH’s data lake, ensuring that data-driven outcomes in the S\&OP transformation project are accurate and deliver the expected value to the company. Maintain a holistic view of data originating from various SAP domains, connecting initiatives and avoiding siloed approaches that cause inefficiencies in resource utilization (people and investments). Support strategic use cases of the S\&OP transformation project, such as “what\-if” analyses and quarterly commercial discount forecasts, leveraging SAP Finance data as well. **Experience Required** ----------------------- * 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or as an IT/business analyst * Practical experience with SAP (any module; S/4HANA knowledge is preferred) * Solid understanding of data integration concepts and enterprise system architectures * Ability to analyze large volumes of data, trace data lineage, and identify inconsistencies * Strong analytical profile, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Effective communication skills, including ability to present technical topics to non-technical audiences * Advanced English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus * Knowledge of SAP BDC/SAP Datasphere is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- **What We Offer** ----------------- At CNH, people are at the heart of everything we do.
