Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, control, and monitoring, with a focus on continuous improvement and integration of Lean and TOC methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Master Production Scheduling (MPS) 2. Operational Control and Monitoring (OEE, WIP, OTIF) 3. Continuous Improvement (Lean, TOC, DMAIC) **Job Responsibilities:** * Production Planning and Scheduling **Develop the Master Production Schedule (MPS), aligned with commercial demand and production capacity.** * Sequence production orders considering: o Production bottleneck o Setup time (SMED) o Actual line capacity (OEE); * **Operational Control and Monitoring** Monitor daily production execution versus plan; * **Monitor and analyze operational KPIs such as: o Plan adherence o OEE per production line o WIP per process o OTIF (On Time In Full) o Production lead time;** * Adjust production scheduling according to actual process constraints; * Integration with Lean and TOC methodologies; * **Plan production based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC);** * Define operational buffers and order prioritization policies; * **Support implementation of Lean tools, such as: o Heijunka o Kanban o SMED o Visual management o Data analysis and continuous improvement;** * Prepare managerial reports on production performance; * **Identify root causes of low plan adherence;** * Conduct production capacity scenario simulations; * **Participate in and lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology;** * Conduct periodic production scheduling meetings; * **Align production priorities with the commercial department;** * Ensure discipline in executing the production plan. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Specialization in Supply Chain or Industrial Management; * Lean Manufacturing certification; * Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
