Maintain a clean and organized workplace We are looking for a Sewing Assistant to support the production team, ensuring organization, efficiency, and quality in the garment manufacturing process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing garments for sewing; * Sort, verify, and organize fabrics, trims, and materials; * Perform simple finishing tasks, such as thread trimming and piece inspection; * Support seamstresses during the production process; * Fold, pack, and label finished pieces; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow company quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment; * Ability to work well in a team; * Experience in garment manufacturing or textile production is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of sewing machines; * Experience in finishing or piece inspection. **Desired Competencies:** * Efficiency; * Proactivity; * Responsibility; * Good communication skills; * Willingness to learn.
