**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Experience in PCP/PDP in an industrial environment; * Experience in metallurgical, steel, or similar industries will be considered a plus; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Directly participate in the implementation and organization of the PCP/PDP area; structure processes, controls, KPIs, and production flows; plan and schedule production according to demand and manufacturing capacity; develop production control methods and operational monitoring; conduct productive capacity analysis and resource optimization; manage raw materials, inputs, and production requirements; support management in strategic production-related decision-making; drive continuous improvement of industrial processes and productivity enhancement.
